Im Rahmen der Bewertung wurden unsere Leistungen in den Bereichen Umwelt, Arbeits- und Menschenrechte, Ethik sowie nachhaltige Beschaffung berücksichtigt.

Die erfolgreiche Erstzertifizierung ist ein wichtiger Schritt – wir bleiben jedoch weiterhin entschlossen, unsere Standards kontinuierlich zu verbessern und den Weg zu einer noch nachhaltigeren Zukunft zu gestalten.

WERNER CONSULT is governed by the strict regulations and professional rules of civil engineers, which impose a compulsory personal liability on the part of each civil engineer for the services provided by him or her, resulting in a constant commitment to quality.

The management of WERNER CONSULT sees quality as a key objective of its corporate policy and its implementation as a priority management task. It was therefore at a very early stage that a Quality Management System according to EN ISO 9001 was introduced and integrated into the daily work of the company. Thus it can be ensured that the organisational, commercial and technical activities are planned, managed, implemented and monitored in an appropriate manner and that the best possible quality services are delivered to our clients.

Climate protection and sustainability are values we live by. When it comes to contributing to the protection of our environment, we don’t let anything or anyone stop us.

Wir setzen laufend nachhaltige Maßnahmen um, dazu zählt unter anderem der Ausbau der E-Mobilität und die Förderung der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel. Ergänzend dazu haben wir Plastikflaschen aus dem Unternehmensalltag verbannt und setzen weitere Initiativen zur Ressourcenschonung um. Auch in der Infrastruktur wird Nachhaltigkeit konsequent mitgedacht: Unsere Straßenplanung berücksichtigt zunehmend Radwege, zudem fördern wir Firmen-Bikes und stellen für Fahrräder einen versperrbaren, witterungsgeschützten Abstellraum zur Verfügung.

Ein wesentlicher Beitrag kommt von unserer Photovoltaikanlage am Dach der Wiener Zentrale, die seit 2020 einen großen Teil des Strombedarfs aus eigener Sonnenenergie deckt. 2023 wurde eine weitere PV-Anlage in Betrieb genommen, 2024 folgte der Ausbau der E-Ladestationen auf insgesamt 14 Ladeplätze für Elektrofahrzeuge. Der Anteil elektrischer Fahrzeuge im Fuhrpark liegt bereits bei 60 %. Auch außerhalb der Eigenproduktion setzen wir konsequent auf Nachhaltigkeit und beziehen an allen Standorten ausschließlich Ökostrom.
