Road bridge BN14.03 in the course of the bypass Klosterneuburg

Project description

The Klosterneuburg B14N bypass joins Martinstraße at the end with a steep ramp and bridges the FJB. The bend is handled by a 223 m long slab bridge with 9 spans. The structure could be designed as a semi-integral bridge in one piece without disturbing intermediate joints. In order to blend into the landscape, the up to 15 m high supports have a dissolved V-shape, which continues in a conical slender slab. The construction was carried out field by field.
