The Remise Graz is to be expanded on an area of almost 50,000 m². The property is located in the Jakomini district of Graz in an inner-city location in a Gründerzeit quarter.
We are proud to have been commissioned with the general planning for this major project (in ARGE with the architectural firm Ederer Haghirian Architekten ZT – GmbH).
The groundbreaking ceremony for the next construction phase took place on October 13!
The planning for the redesign of the seaside resort of Breitenbrunn began in autumn 2015 with an international competition. Now it is the turn of the new marina building, for which a gold certification from the Austrian Sustainable Building Council (ÖGNI) is being sought.
